What to check if a withdrawal is stuck or didn’t go through.
Most withdrawals confirm within a few minutes. If yours is pending longer than expected or looks like it failed, check the following:
- The network may still be confirming — give it a little time before retrying.
- The destination address is a Polygon wallet that accepts USDC.
- The amount you’re withdrawing is within your available balance.
If a withdrawal clearly failed, any committed funds return to your balance. If it stays stuck or you’re unsure, email support@runtil.com and we’ll look into it.
