My deposit hasn’t arrived

What to check if a deposit is taking longer than expected.
Deposits usually arrive within a couple of minutes. If yours is taking longer, a few things are worth checking:
- The network is still confirming — busy periods can add a short delay.
- The transfer used the Polygon network and the USDC token, not another chain or coin.
- The funds were sent to your correct Runtil wallet address.
- Your wallet or exchange has finished sending — some hold transfers briefly for review.
If everything looks right and the deposit still hasn’t appeared after a while, email support@runtil.com with the details and we’ll help track it down.
